Ice Driver Ltd does not guarantee a specific venue. Sometimes other local venues are used for operational reasons. Ice Driver Ltd reserves the right to withdraw a featured venue without notice. You will be offered alternative locations.

Restrictions-Drivers

Each driver must be in possession of a full driving licence for a manual transmission car. Each driver must present a valid voucher / receipt detailing his or her unique issue number to take part on an Ice Driver Course.

Indemnity.

Ice Driver Ltd indemnity (You will be asked to sign this on arrival). In consideration of being permitted to utilize the driving course organized by Ice Driver Ltd, I agree to keep indemnified Ice Driver Ltd, their officials, servants, representatives or agents, the owners of the location and any other persons using the facility, from and against all actions, claims or damage to the property or myself or my passengers however caused. I also confirm to pay the first £250 of any damage I cause due to reckless, careless or negligent driving. I confirm that I am not suffering from any illness or disability whether permanent, temporary or otherwise which may affect my control of the vehicles being driven. I confirm I hold a valid UK or International driving license for a manual transmission car and have done so for at least one year. I confirm I am able to understand instruction given in English language. I understand that reckless driving or disregarding my instructor's direction will result in an official warning. Two warnings will result in the cancellation of the chosen package in entirety. No refund will be given. Cancellation on safety grounds due to unsafe driving is at the sole discretion of nominated Ice Driver staff.

Restrictions-Spectators
Spectators are welcome, however in the interests of safety we cannot accommodate spectators under 10 years of age unless accompanies at all times by an adult. Accommodation, transportation and refreshments are available and can be billed separately.

Descriptions
The information on each Ice Driver Course detailed in our brochure and website is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of a course may change slightly during the year and Ice Driver Ltd reserve the right to change the venue, format or content at any time.

Refunds and Cancellation.
Ice Driver Ltd are happy to make refunds on un-booked experiences bought within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of £25 and a maximum charge of £50). After 7 days no refund will be available. An alternative named driver can be submitted, but a £25 admin charge will be applicable. Ice Driver Ltd does not accept re-bookings if your event has been booked (unless covered under separate cancellation insurance). Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. From time to time it may be necessary to cancel an event date due to a third party, we will offer alternative dates (including extending gift voucher validity date if necessary). Ice Driver Ltd will not be responsible for any accommodation, travel or incidental expenses incurred by customers.

Payment
Payment for the experience is due in full at the time of purchase. Course upgrades can be paid for by the Recipient at the time of voucher redemption. All major credit cards are accepted. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order.

Vehicles
All Ice Driver vehicles are prepared and maintained by professional motorsport technicians to ensure maximum reliability and safety and wherever possible the cars depicted in our advertising material will be the cars you will drive. On rare occasions, where specific vehicles are featured, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day.

Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of print, however we reserve the right to increase the price of any course without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you place your order.

On The Day
If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the Course Manager present, so that he has an opportunity to put matters right. It is generally considered unreasonable to take no action during an event, but then to write a letter of complaint at a later date. Ice Driver Ltd has no responsibility for any property or personal effects left at the event.

Unless otherwise agreed, these conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
